Steep learning curves exist in real estate investing and doubly so in rural areas.

Regional and local dynamics play an outsized role in investment decisions: Will zoning support a proposed use? Is there enough water on site? Who are local lenders? What are CAP rates like in this region? What sort of developments are on the horizon? Are local AHJs friendly or otherwise?

As a real estate investor with finance and construction experience, I’ve bridged many of these issues myself and helped others achieve their objectives as well. I find great satisfaction in seeing others succeed and I’m more than happy to pass along deals that come my way.
